Any item purchased from the TheGarageShop.com store is subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you once we have delivered your order to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Please thoroughly review our return and refund policy. TheGarageShop.com does not offer refunds on Garage Storage Cabinets.

Pricing

TheGarageShop.com has done its best to correctly price every item in our catalog. If the correct price of an item sold by TheGarageShop.com is higher than the stated price, GCC will agree to take the loss or pass it on to the customer at its discretion.
All prices on GarageCabinets.com are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of GCC.

Applicable Law

By using TheGarageShop.com you agree that this agreement, your use of the site, or any dispute that may arise between you and TheGarageShop.com or GCC will be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois; disregarding principles of conflict of laws.
